Additionally, he has held Marketing Director positions for the consumer and professional businesses at Grace-Sierra, building such leading brands as Osmocote ® and Peters ®. Bob was responsible for the entire marketing effort for the Vigoro ® products introduction at The Home Depot. Bob holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dwight has held national account management and regional field sales management positions with Security Lawn & Garden Products, Grace-Sierra, Scotts, and Vigoro. Dwight has been responsible for significant increases in business with major retailers such as Wal*Mart and The Home Depot as well as regional retailers and distributors. He played a key role in building the Osmocote® and Peters® brands in the consumer sector and in developing the Sam's American Choice™ consumer potting soil for Wal*Mart. Dwight was instrumental in implementing the national Vigoro® fertilizer program for The Home Depot. He is an experienced manager of sales and merchandising personnel and holds several course certifications in sales and business management. He is a Certified Seminar Leader and has extensive experience in training retailer store and field sales personnel. Dwight holds a masters degree in business from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
