About Me

I am a Board Member and former C-Suite Executive and General Counsel with global experience across diverse industry sectors.

 

I am currently sitting on the Board of a Swiss headquartered Group doing Healthcare, Housing, Energy, Water and Education projects in several African countries.

 
Prior to that I worked in the commodity trade and agriculture sector for 15 years, including 5 years in Asia Pacific as well a several years in the metal packaging industry.

I have successfully led major change projects, corporate re-organizations, M&A transactions, divestments, liquidations, cross border litigations and financing. 
My industry experience further includes Commodity Trading, Agri Inputs & Origination, Shipping, Production & Manufacturing, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Packaging, Structured and Commodity Finance, Private Equity Investments.

I have a law degree from the University of Heidelberg, I am a member of the German Bar Association and I recently graduated the Board of Directors Program at IMD, Lausanne.

 

I have a strong interest in Leadership and Organizational Development and I am fluent in German, English and French.
